The primary purpose of this program is to enable the buyer to "Step Up!" into their dream home. This program is unique in that you will be in a position to save thousands on your commissions while working with two real estate professionals, each designated to handle the separate aspects of your sale & purchase.
The Program
Listing your existing home
In the beginning you will be contacted by the My New Home 101 listing specialist assigned to you. This real estate professional will be there for you from day one and through the closing of your existing home. The primary goal of this agent is the marketing of your home for a fast and fair sale. This is made possible due to the fact that your listing agent is focused solely on the sale of your home. Your home will be marketed on the MLS, agent web sites and other participating venues geared towards granting your home maximum exposure. You will have the same professional communication and marketing benefits of a full commission listing, but at substantial savings!
Buying your Dream Home
While you're current home is being placed on the active market you will be in contact with you're My New Home 101 representative. You will receive all of the benefits of the My New Home 101 General Program as your representative will be there with you from contract signing, ground breaking, and through closing. They will be your point of contact for all of your New Home questions. All of our My New Home 101 representatives have an established reputation with the areas builders. This enables you, the buyer, the luxury of knowing your questions and concerns are being handled by professionals respected by your builder.
Commissions
As a result of your participation in the Step Up! program you will receive significant savings of up to 75% off of a typical listing! You will also receive money back at the closing of your new home to put towards closing costs!

Program Guidelines
In order to participate in the Step Up program the following criteria must be in place: - Any participant in the program may not have an established working relationship with another real estate professional.
- The client must list their existing home with the assigned My New Home 101 representative and follow the recommended pricing and marketing strategy set forth by this program.
- The client agrees to any short term housing moves that may result from the expeditious sale of their existing home. Short term housing arrangements will be made through a locating specialist assigned through the Step Up! program.*
- All properties listed through the Step Up! program must be made accessible and show ready as per the Step Up! guidelines **
- The value of the existing home must be less than the value of the new home being purchased.***
